Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules patients for complex services (e.g., surgery, special procedures) and pre-registers patients in the EHR.
• Acts as liaison between patient, facility, and providers to ensure timely, accurate scheduling.
• Serves as a resource and trainer for less experienced staff and mentors team members.
• Responds to scheduling requests, reschedules and cancels appointments as needed, and assists with EHR work queues.
