You’ll manage and grow assigned product lines, develop territory plans, and engage surgeons and clinical staff to advance solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a 5+ years in medical device or healthcare sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 90% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or medical field sales.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device/pharma sales or medical field sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory and meet revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans including clinical education and account prioritization.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments.
• Deliver compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and provide clinical support with forecasting and inventory management.
