LifeBridge Health is seeking a Senior Medical Practice Representative at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. This role provides oversight of administrative processes, ensuring high levels of patient service, and collaborates with the Practice Manager to monitor registration and scheduling efficiencies and staff training.

The position also handles outpatient registration and scheduling, charge entry as needed, timely co-pay collection, medical records, referrals, and surgery scheduling where required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in medical practice administration.
• High School / GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative processes with minimal supervision.
• Monitor registration and scheduling efficiencies and train staff as directed.
• Identify and implement improvements to registration processes to reduce denial rates.
