Job summary

Sinai Hospital is seeking a Quality Improvement RN under the direction of the Director of Quality to participate in chart reviews, data abstraction and data entry to ensure monitoring and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will work with hospital leadership to oversee quality and risk measures, identifying areas of concern and participating in improvement efforts.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a BSN, and Maryland RN licensure or eligibility, plus BLS.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in nursing quality improvement and data abstraction.
  • RN license in Maryland or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
  • BSN required or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately completes chart reviews for data abstraction, analysis and reporting of performance improvement data.
  • Gathers and enters data for clinical improvement measures and indicators.
  • Provides education to staff regarding compliance and new regulations.
  • Identifies quality issues through clinical review and refers cases for further assessment.

Pay Range:

$40.12 to $62.19 Based On Experience
