Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and revenue cycle for the faculty practice, collaborating with physicians, staff, and billing services to ensure efficient operations and superior patient experience.

You will lead staff, drive performance improvement, onboarding new physicians, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of healthcare practice management, medical office operations, or related leadership experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and revenue cycle activities.
• Process and manage human resources actions in accordance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new physicians.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
