LifeBridge Health, including Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, is seeking a coordinator to manage registration, scheduling, billing, and records functions for outpatient services. The role supports revenue cycle processes and frontline patient interactions in a hospital setting.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience with preference for hospital billing; education is an Associate degree or equivalent. Travel to Quarry Lake may be required for coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience; two years in hospital billing preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Quarry Lake location for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, charge entry, collection of co-pays and medical records functions.
• Optimizes facility and professional collections.
• Process referrals.
• Processes release of medical records information and answers telephone inquiries.
