Job summary

Agiliti in Norman, OK seeks a Field Service Engineer III to maintain and service high-end medical imaging equipment for healthcare facilities. You will troubleshoot devices, perform calibrations, and ensure ISO13485 quality and regulatory compliance while providing software and hardware support.

Applicants should have at least 12 years of hands-on imaging equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel for this 24/7 support role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of high-end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
• The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• FIELD SUPPORT: Troubleshoot high-end medical imaging equipment.
• Establish and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records.
• Solve issues with imaging applications, electrical components, computer hardware and software, and hydraulic systems.
• Follow applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform service, calibrations, and quality checks per ISO13485.
