Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Field Service Engineer III in Norman, OK to troubleshoot high-end medical imaging equipment, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and maintain service records. You will collaborate with radiologists and technicians, travel as needed, and support a 24/7 schedule with flexible hours.

Must have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

12+ years of high-end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Field Support: Troubleshoot high-end medical imaging equipment; maintain maintenance schedules; log service records; address imaging system issues per ISO13485 standards.
Technical Support: Deliver remote and phone support; monitor system performance; troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and OEM escalation.
Applications Support: Interact with radiologists and techs to learn imaging solutions and trends.
Software Support: Provide uptime support for X-ray and vascular modalities; use DICOM for viewing, archiving, and network operations; train users; support Windows and Linux.
