Job summary

Agiliti seeks a Technical Services Manager I in Norman, OK to lead a team of biomedical and field service technicians across a geographic area. You will guide strategic direction, ensure equipment is received, repaired, and maintained cost-effectively, and oversee customer records and billing to support revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in supervising medical service staff, strong healthcare industry knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Supervising/managing medical service technicians or engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, electronics or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in healthcare service leadership or supervision.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the technical services team toward performance goals.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the technical services group.
• Recruit, train and develop technical staff with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve critical service issues.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and field technicians regarding equipment.
• Manage equipment and contract information in systems and approve service schedules.
