Job summary

Spectrum Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager with at least five years of medical facility construction experience to lead on-site projects and supervise subcontractors and workers for quality and safety.

The role interfaces with Project Managers, Engineers, and Customers to successfully execute multiple projects, manage schedules, review submittals and change orders, enforce contract requirements, and uphold regulatory and safety standards on every site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical facility construction experience with safety supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of construction technology and tools.
• Familiarity with project controls and budgeting processes.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical design-build experience preferred.
• Government installations experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects with on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Read and manage drawings, submittals, and technical documentation; ensure design implementation with quality and safety.
• Create and review RFIs, RFPs, and Change Orders.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, manuals, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Customers to execute projects on time and within contract requirements.
• Monitor schedules, invoices, submittals, and contract changes; conduct progress reviews.
• Conduct client program meetings and safety inspections; maintain safety/environmental records.
• Research and implement new site safety practices and lead safety training sessions.
