Your SelectLeaders client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee hospital and medical facility construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of healthcare infrastructure projects. These projects are located in Fairfax, Virginia, and this role requires regular on-site presence.

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for hospital and medical construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requests.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
