Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Technical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, install and modify integrated systems, and perform preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires up to 3 years of manufacturing experience, strong electronics/mechanical skills, and the ability to work with sensors, controllers, and servo components. Candidates should be comfortable with shift work, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical school desirable.
• Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience; automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and systems; assist with integration and modification of systems.
• Perform diagnostic checks on automated equipment; isolate sensors, controllers, encoders, servomotors, and/or servo valves.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as per MP levels; perform line changeovers and start-up paperwork.
• Update production boards with hourly output and efficiency data; document issues affecting goals.
• Assist with training of new Technicians and uphold 5S standards in work areas.
