Qualifications

• Education level required: high school diploma or GED or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 6 years with HS diploma or 2 years with Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations for multiple educational programs including residency, clinical fellowships, medical student rotations, internships, and post-doctoral programs.
• Designs evaluations for programs and creates reports; represents programs at meetings.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains policies and procedures; ensures accreditation and university compliance.
• Develops and oversees budgets and stipends; tracks expenditures and contracts related to education.
• Develops short and long term plans for Educational Programs and the department unit; conducts progress reports.
• Maintains educational program records and prepares complex reports for accrediting agencies and administration.
• Ensures internal controls and compliance with laws and policies; may supervise clerical staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
