Penumbra, Inc. in Alameda, CA, seeks a Sr. Medical Education Program Specialist to lead medical education programs for neurovascular products. You will plan, execute, and manage logistics and on-site activities, coordinating with sales, faculty, and vendors while ensuring regulatory compliance and FDA guidelines.

You'll develop agendas, templates, and speaker materials, mentor junior staff, analyze program outcomes, and report quarterly to leadership. Significant travel (60%+) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs and events in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
• Proactive communication and timely execution is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Medical Education Director, Programs Managers, and Operations Manager to align execution with strategy.
• Lead all aspects of program planning to execution, including agenda creation, attendee registration, logistics, and on-site support.
• Develop and maintain standard templates and speaker decks to ensure consistency across programs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and company policies across all programs.
• Deliver quarterly updates to Area Directors and sales teams with program analysis and recommendations for improvements.
