Penumbra, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Medical Education Program Specialist to lead and execute medical education programs for our vascular product lines.

You will drive logistics, on-site support, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, faculty, and vendors to meet clinical education objectives. In a regulated environment, you will ensure FDA and company guidelines compliance, develop program content, analyze outcomes, and provide quarterly updates to Area Directors and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of medical education and clinical experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs and events in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Proactive communication and timely execution are essential for success in this role.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate regularly with the Medical Education Director, Programs Managers, and Operations Manager to ensure program execution and process implementation aligned with overall strategy.
• Lead all aspects of program planning to execution, including agenda/content creation, attendee registration, logistics coordination, and on-site clinical support for programs such as CE program, workshops, case observations, and other national/regional educational events.
• Maintain and update agenda templates and speaker slide decks to ensure consistency and quality across programs.
• Develop and analyze program metrics, attendee feedback, utilization trends, and educational outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased program effectiveness.
• Deliver quarterly updates to Area Directors and their sales teams with guidance on medical education resources.
