Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Understanding of general project management practices and tasks.
• Six months+ experience interning or working with publisher on digital content products.
• Interest in Medical Education and Medical Practice publishing markets preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Excel formulas and functions, including pivot tables.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage day-to-day tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and report status.
• Support editorial staff with research, documentation, and SOPs.
• Assist in recruitment of subject matter experts and roster management.
• Respond to Customer Support inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Contribute to development and revision of medical education content.
