Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an editorial support professional in a hybrid role with 8 in-office days per month across multiple U.S. locations, including Waltham, MA. You will assist physician editors, coordinate with external contributors, and ensure manuscripts meet UpToDate style guidelines.

The position emphasizes proofreading, timely communication, and strong organization, with opportunities to interact with Graphics and Permissions teams and manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Excellent proofreading, communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Editorial experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with physician editors to advance assigned medical specialties.
• Maintain frequent contact with external authors, editors and reviewers.
• Document content developments in databases and track editorial progress.
• Manage editorial tasks, including styling, formatting, graphics, references and links.
