Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with editorial projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables
• Interest in Medical Education publishing markets

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project schedules and deliverables
• Process contracts and setup product records in internal systems
• Coordinate with authors and vendors for payment setup
• Support SOP creation and process improvements across teams
• Respond to Customer Support inquiries within the same day
• Attend editorial meetings and track action items
• Assist with research initiatives and surveys
