Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of pneumatic compression devices across the Charleston area. You will build relationships with clinicians, educate healthcare professionals, and expand the customer base while navigating CMS guidelines and payer processes.

You will lead a team of Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators, coordinate with HQ, manage territory budgets, and deliver product demonstrations and training to clinicians, staff and patients to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in SalesForce, MS Office, Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians to expand territory.
• Drive regional sales and meet quotas.
• Lead ATM & Patient Educators and coordinate with HQ.
• Manage territory budgets and expenses.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to clinicians, staff and patients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and CMS guidelines.
• Travel frequently within territory; maintain records and reports.
