Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager to build and sustain relationships with clinicians for pneumatic compression device sales across an assigned territory in the United States. The role requires navigating patient processes, insurance payers, and CMS guidelines while driving revenue growth.

You will oversee a team of Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators, travel frequently to client sites, and coordinate with HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, and Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians to expand product adoption.
• Lead territory sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and quotas.
• Coach and coordinate with Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and other regulations in all interactions.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and travel within the assigned territory.
