Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales of pneumatic compression devices within a defined US territory. You will cultivate and expand relationships with clinicians, educate healthcare professionals and patients, and coordinate with the Patient Educators to deliver world-class service.

The role requires compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and related regulations while achieving regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians to expand territory.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through regional strategies and prospecting.
• Provide product demos and training to clinicians, staff and patients.
• Collaborate with HQ and other teams; complete reports and forecasts.
• Manage budgets and expenses within territory.
• Lead and mentor Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators.
