Job summary

Integer seeks a senior technical sales leader to drive revenue by promoting its products to Global Accounts. You will lead technical discussions, qualify opportunities with R&D and operations teams, and collaborate with Global Sales to craft proposals including pricing and manufacturing strategies.

The role requires working with manufacturing facilities and protecting IP, while aligning with strategic account plans and VIP programs across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years in a technical environment; medical device sales experience a plus.
• Experience selling to technical contacts at Medical Device Manufacturers.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and product applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and promote capabilities to new and existing customers.
• Identify and scope new business opportunities with customer R&D and operations teams.
• Prepare proposals with pricing and manufacturing strategies in collaboration with Global Sales.
• Represent the organization as the primary technical contact on projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and IP protection with customers.
• Support strategic account plans and VIP programs with cross-functional teams.
