Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an experienced field-based sales professional to grow our Venous Disease therapy portfolio across an assigned territory. You will promote and service SVI products, build new accounts, and drive adoption while maintaining ethical territory management and expense discipline.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, training of clinicians, and travel to customer sites to meet aggressive sales targets and ensure patient access to innovative Medtronic therapies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 10+ years experience
• Associate's Degree with 8+ years experience
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years relevant experience
• Sales experience in medical devices
• Willingness to travel
• Business-to-business sales experience
• Knowledge of operating room/hospital protocols and sales processes

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales and market share for assigned territory.
• Promote, sell and service SVI products.
