Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive growth within designated territory in the United States. You will own account development, execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare facilities to promote Medtronic products.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and traveling to hospitals and clinics to educate on clinical benefits and product value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive experience in sales or related roles within medical devices is acceptable with necessary years of experience.
• Experience in selling to surgeons and physicians preferred.
• Understanding of reimbursement landscapes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales targets and manage accounts within the territory.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve objectives.
• Identify opportunities across hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics.
• Leverage partnerships to drive business growth and contract opportunities.
• Educate customers on product benefits and clinical value.
• Travel as required to cover assigned territory.
