Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Vascular Clinical Specialist to provide clinical, technical, and product support for our vascular portfolio across Minneapolis/St. Paul region.

You will educate customers, support complex procedures, and collaborate with sales and care teams to drive therapy adoption and patient outcomes. The role requires travel up to 50% within the territory, strong healthcare sales experience, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with professionalism in fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma with 11 years of experience, or associate's degree with 9 years, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years in healthcare or field sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio.
• Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support and conference participation.
• Collaborate with sales, managers, and cross-functional partners to execute district plans and drive growth.
• Deliver responsive technical and procedural support for urgent customer needs and complex cases.
• Build long-term relationships with clinicians and decision-makers to expand engagement.
• Identify customer needs and communicate market feedback to shape strategies.
• Manage inventory and optimize product availability across customer accounts.
• Coordinate launches and field initiatives to maximize inventory efficiency.
• Support operational activities including purchases, training, and other processes.
• Perform physical job requirements including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing and walking.
• Work in clinical environments with exposure to infection control, radiation, and PPE.
