Medtronic plc is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow market share for Venous Disease products in a defined US territory. You will promote, sell, and service the VenaSeal and Closure System portfolio while training clinicians and expanding hospital and clinic accounts.

The role requires strategic planning, adherence to budgets, and ability to travel to customer sites. Strong communication and presentation skills, plus knowledge of operating room and hospital protocols, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years or more work experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree with relevant experience acceptable for consideration.
• Demonstrated ability to educate medical staff and drive therapy adoption.

• Grow sales and market share for assigned territory by promoting SVI products.
• Develop new accounts and drive therapy adoption across venous disease portfolio.
• Plan, manage budgets, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Train medical staff on products and procedures and meet Sales Management expectations.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers and close opportunities.
