Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our Superficial Venous Interventions portfolio across Dallas, Arkansas, and Memphis. The role requires residing within the territory and frequent travel to customer sites to promote VenaSeal and Closure System products.

You will train medical staff, build new accounts, and drive therapy adoption while meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining compliant practices across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Alternative: Associate's degree with 8+ years, or High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience in sales or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives (AOP) across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to achieve objectives and drive account penetration including hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Prospect General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists and other MDs treating venous disease.
• Train medical staff on products and procedures and provide clinical support as needed.
• Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and maximize opportunities to gain sales leads.
