Job summary

Solventum is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive revenue for the Acera Surgical and Restrata portfolios in the Raleigh area. You will grow product adoption through strategic territory planning, clinical education, and strong hospital partnerships.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 90%), a valid driver's license, and a track record of achieving sales targets in medical devices or related healthcare fields. Remote work is supported with in-territory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or 9+ years with HS diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for territory travel.
• Proven ability to develop territory business plans and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined territory.
• Develop territory business plans including clinical education and account prioritization.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers.
• Deliver product demos, in-servicing, and clinical support with accurate forecasting.
