Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit claims to insurance carriers and other payers.

• Investigate open accounts and coordinate adjustments when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify diagnoses, procedures, and billing information.

• Support and train team members on billing processes and best practices.
