Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant credential required.
• At least 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Medical Assistant is the first point of contact for patient care and handles administrative duties.
• Performs clinical tasks such as discussing symptoms, obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, vaccine administration, specimen collection and EMR documentation.
• Collaborates closely with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate care.
• Delivers direct patient care within scope of active certification and manages daily priorities for the team.
