CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant in the United States to be the first point of contact for patient care, handling administrative duties and clinical tasks with independence.

The role requires a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant, 3+ years MA experience, and a high school diploma. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Lead Medical Assistant possesses advanced skills and knowledge.
• Delivers advanced guidance/mentoring to other Medical Assistants.
• Provides priortiy setting and coordination for an administrative work group or vendors.

Responsabilités

• Discuss symptoms, obtain vital signs, administer vaccines and phlebotomy.
• Collaborate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Deliver direct patient care within certification scope.
• Lead daily priorities for administrative/clinical operations.
• Work with broad guidelines with minimal supervision.
