Cooper Norcross Health seeks a Medical Assistant Supervisor to oversee clinical staff, provide medical assistant support to providers, and ensure patient confidentiality and high-quality customer service. Travel to multiple clinical locations may be required.

Under the Clinic Operations Manager, the incumbent will mentor staff, handle performance items, and support staff training as needed. A clinical training program completion is required and IDX/Epic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an MA Clinical Training program required.
• Current national certification for CMA/RMA/NCMA preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises clinical staff and provides input on performance evaluations.
• Provides medical assistant support to providers as needed.
• Ensures high level of customer service and patient confidentiality in line with Patient’s Bill of Rights.
• Mentors staff and can provide on-site training.
