Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to lead clinical staff, coordinate evaluations, and support providers as needed. The role emphasizes patient care, confidentiality, and teamwork within Cooper Norcross Health facilities.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in clinical operations, IDX and Epic experience, and a CMA/RMA certification with BLS. On-site work across multiple Cooper clinics is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in clinical operations in a fast-paced physician’s practice or clinical site within the Cooper University Healthcare System.
• Scheduling, registering and working on an electronic health record with knowledge of front desk
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with IDX and Epic required.
• Current documentation of a national certification for the registered medical assistant (RMA) or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) or CMA/CMAC.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor to clinical staff capable of preparing evaluations and providing input on performance.
• Provides medical assistant support to providers if there is a staffing need.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and patient confidentiality per the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
