Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in clinical operations in a fast-paced physician’s practice or clinical site within Cooper University Healthcare.
• Experience with IDX and Epic electronic health records.
• Registration, Scheduling, E-Commerce and FSC training completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and prepare evaluations; provide input on performance and administer evaluations.
• Provide medical assistant support to providers as needed.
• Maintain high level of customer service and patient confidentiality per Patient’s Bill of Rights.
• Mentor staff, serve as role model, and travel to various clinical locations as required.
