The role requires MA clinical training, IDX and Epic experience, and willingness to travel to multiple clinical locations. A high school diploma and BLS certification are required, with the opportunity to mentor staff and contribute to patient care.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an MA Clinical Training program required.
• Current national certification for RMA/NCMA or CMA/CMAC required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years experience in clinical operations in a fast-paced physician’s practice.
• Experience with IDX and Epic EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise clinical staff and provide evaluations to management.
• Provide medical assistant support to providers as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and high level of customer service.
• Assist with on-site training and mentoring.
• Travel to multiple clinical locations as required.
