Qualifications

• Graduate of certified medical assistant program.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Experience in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patients.
• Follow-up clinic appointments.
• Subsequent treatments and requested diagnostic tests.
• Acquire insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations.
• Prepare and maintain the patient's medical record.
• Reconcile billing issues.
• Answer multiple phone lines and triage calls.
