Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of certified medical assistant program.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Experienced in obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for new and follow-up patients across multiple campuses.
• Handle insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations.
• Maintain patient records and reconcile billing issues.
• Answer multiple phone lines and triage patient inquiries.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support for cancer population.
