Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative for Medical Education in Illinois. You will recruit and review candidates for Illinois COM, collaborate with the SD OA and ADA, and support admissions operations to help students matriculate. Evening/weekend work and occasional travel are required.

You will manage applications, respond to inquiries, and represent the university at events, building relationships with advisors nationwide while maintaining FERPA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years of experience in admissions or student services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate applications through the centralized system.
• Respond to new student inquiries quickly and maintain communication with prospective students throughout the process.
• Serve as a professional representative through telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations.
• Manage the AACOMAS and Salesforce database with accurate documentation and follow-ups.
• Promote the university’s mission at recruitment events and via school presentations.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant student information and mentor Admissions Coordinator(s).
