Job summary

The Chicago School seeks a Senior Admissions Representative for Medical Education in Chicago to manage the admissions process for Illinois COM. You will engage prospects, review applications, and coordinate with the Senior Director of Admissions, Assistant Director of Admissions, and the admissions team to support retention and matriculation.

The role requires evenings/weekends, occasional travel, a bachelor's degree with 3 years in admissions, and proficiency with CRM systems such as AACOMAS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 3 years of admissions experience.
• Strong public speaking and interviewing skills with medical school applicants and faculty.
• Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships.
• Self-motivated with initiative and high performance drive.
• Experience with CRM or applicant tracking systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate applications in the centralized system.
• Respond to new student inquiries promptly and maintain communication with assigned prospective students.
• Represent the university through telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations.
• Manage AACOMAS and Salesforce databases with accurate documentation and follow-ups.
• Promote Illinois COM at recruitment events and school presentations.
• Build relationships with pre-professional advisors nationwide across the United States.
