Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative for Medical Education in Chicago, IL. You will recruit applicants for Illinois COM, review applications, and support retention to ensure matriculation.

You will work with the SD OA and ADA, manage AACOMAS/Salesforce, and represent the university at events, while building nationwide advisor relationships and ensuring FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3 years in admissions or student services.
• Strong public speaking and interview skills with medical school applicants and faculty.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate applications in the centralized system.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
• Represent the university in person, by phone, and via virtual meetings.
• Manage AACOMAS and Salesforce documentation, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Promote Illinois COM mission at recruitment events and school visits.
• Build relationships with pre-professional advisors nationwide.
• Maintain confidential student data under FERPA.
• Mentor Admissions Coordinators and perform other duties.
