Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative for Medical Education in Chicago. You will engage with prospects, review applications, and support retention to ensure successful matriculation. The role requires evening/weekend hours and occasional travel.

You will manage AACOMAS and Salesforce, promote the school's mission at events, and build relations with advisors across the U.S. A bachelor’s degree and 3 years in admissions are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3 years in admissions or student services.
• Strong public speaking and interviewing skills with medical school applicants and faculty.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and drive results.
• Self-motivated with initiative and adaptability to learn new systems.
• Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate applications in the centralized system.
• Respond to new student inquiries promptly and maintain communication.
• Represent the university in phone, virtual and in-person consultations.
• Manage AACOMAS and Salesforce databases, documentation, inquiry tracking, and follow-ups.
• Promote Illinois COM's mission at recruitment events and school presentations.
• Build relationships with pre-professional advisors nationwide.
• Maintain organized, confidential student information per FERPA.
• Mentor Admissions Coordinator(s) and perform other duties as assigned.
