Job summary

The Chicago School is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative for Medical Education in Chicago. This role collaborates with the SD OA, ADA, and admissions team to manage the admissions process, engage with prospects and applicants, review applications, and support retention to ensure matriculation.

Responsibilities include on-campus presence, evening/weekend work, and occasional domestic travel, along with managing AACOMAS and Salesforce for accurate data and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years in admissions or student services.
• Strong public speaking and interviewing skills for medical school applicants and faculty.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate toward goals.
• Proactive, self-driven with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidate applications through the centralized system.
• Respond to new student inquiries with timely, consistent communication.
• Represent the university in consultations with prospects and accepted students.
• Manage AACOMAS and Salesforce with accurate documentation and follow-ups.
• Promote the mission at recruitment events and build relationships with advisors.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant student information.
