The Senior Media Strategist creates and executes online marketing campaigns for local and regional businesses nationwide, dictates campaign strategy, and assists in the training of Media Coordinators. This position has a heavy emphasis on advertising within Google Ads and Meta (Facebook Ad Manager).

This position is 100% remote; however, you must live in the Dallas, Ft. Worth area to attend occasional team meetups.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Google and Meta conversions
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ad Manager
• Perform keyword research and create search-based campaigns
• Study target audience profiles and create demographic and behavioral campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize projects based on findings
• Maintain accurate logs of project/campaign developments using internal Project Management Software
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, as requested
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot campaign issues
• Recommend digital marketing strategy and tactic improvements
• Mentor & train Coordinator team members to build, optimize, and report on Google campaigns
• As this role grows, responsibilities will be reviewed and assessed regularly

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience using Google Ads (search, display, and YouTube) and Meta ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
• Careful, methodical, and detail-oriented mindset
• Someone flexible and fearless who is excited to help build our growing company
• A curious mind with a fierce appetite for learning, a collaborative mindset, and thick skin
• Superior organizational skills, integrity, and strong follow-through on tasks
• A cool-headed personality that isn’t easily overwhelmed by new challenges
