Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We focus on Customer Generation, a methodology emphasizing SQLs and Customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video, helping clients achieve their SQL targets through comprehensive digital strategies.

Role Overview

This role reports to the Associate Director and is part of the Paid Media team. You will work directly with enterprise clients, communicating results, creating strategies, and executing deliverables. This position offers experience in developing high-performing Paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and lead multiple Paid Media accounts.
  2. Support client contacts directly.
  3. Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners.
  4. Drive referrals through client relationships and networking.
  5. Develop quarterly strategies for clients.
  6. Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across channels.
  7. Understand client positioning and value propositions.
  8. Ensure lead routing accuracy in CRM.
  9. Understand programmatic campaigns.
  10. Manage personal productivity and utilization.
  11. Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet goals.
  12. Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency.
  2. Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients.
  3. Expertise in paid search and social advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  4. Proficiency with advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  5. Strong understanding of PPC principles.
  6. Ability to analyze data with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel.
  7. Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  8. Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
  9. Problem-solving mindset, curious and competitive.
  10. Organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
  11. Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client.
