Job description

Growth Marketing Pro is seeking a mid-senior level individual contributor with strong technical and soft skills to manage a portfolio of client relationships. The ideal candidate will work independently, communicate effectively with the team, know when to seek assistance, and demonstrate a track record of excellence. Their skills should be supported by technical expertise, clear communication, organization, and project management experience.

This role requires researching, developing, executing, and articulating full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategies tailored to each client. A desire to learn new skills in paid media and related channels is essential for growth.

Our services include SEO, content strategy and production, paid media, and Reddit content strategy. We are rapidly growing and seek an ambitious, detail-oriented individual to help elevate our agency.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing successful paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEM, paid social platforms, and marketing analytics (e.g., GA4).
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate and communicate actionable insights from data.
  • Effective project management skills to prioritize high-value work and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive stories.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and workflows.
  • Business acumen, understanding factors outside paid media that influence client success (other channels, automation, sales, LTV:CAC, etc.).
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in creative strategy and development (ad creative, landing pages, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple paid social platforms.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Understanding of tracking implementation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and concepts.
  • Deep experience in specific verticals (e.g., B2B SaaS, ecommerce, healthcare).
  • Experience with SEO and content marketing.
