Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive to drive strategic campaigns for local clients in Minnesota. You’ll own a book of business, leverage your network, and guide clients through integrated media solutions to grow revenue.

The role demands 5+ years in B2B media sales, a track record of quota overachievement, and strong relationships with local decision-makers. Competitive, uncapped earning potential with in-office opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing or advertising.
• Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic marketing solutions.
• Proven quota overachievement and strategic new business wins.
• Strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generation.
• Leverage your network to drive opportunities and close high-impact deals.
• Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present custom, insight-led solutions.
• Lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns including broadcast, digital, events and sponsorships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
