Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to drive local business growth in Saint Cloud and surrounding markets. You will own a book of business, close new clients, and manage relationships across broadcast, digital, and sponsorships.

You'll prospect, qualify, present tailored marketing strategies, and partner with internal teams to deliver campaigns that boost ROI. A 2+ year sales track record and a valid driver's license are required.

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
