Job summary

Albertsons Media Collective seeks a Senior Manager of Pricing & Yield Management to define and scale pricing, yield, and packaging strategies across our media offerings. You will work with Sales, Finance, Product, and Revenue Ops to drive revenue growth and optimize inventory.

The role requires 8-10+ years in pricing or revenue ops, strong analytics, and experience with Advendio, Salesforce, and ad tech platforms. This hybrid role is based in Boise with collaboration across AMC locations.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in pricing, yield management, revenue operations, or media monetization.
• Proven track record owning pricing across multi-format media inventories.
• Experience with hybrid monetization models.
• Strong background in retail media or ad tech.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise pricing and yield strategy across media offerings.
• Design monetization frameworks: upfronts, dynamic pricing, demand-based models.
• Establish pricing governance and policy controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Revenue Ops.
• Own yield management and inventory optimization.
• Forecast supply/demand to guide pricing and inventory risk.
• Develop scalable packaging and deal strategies.
• Oversee CPQ/OMS pricing logic and workflows.
• Deliver executive reporting on pricing, yield, inventory.
