Job summary

Albertsons Media Collective in Itasca IL is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing & Yield Management to define and operationalize pricing, yield, and packaging across our media offerings, including onsite display, self-service media, programmatic, data marketplaces, and DOOH.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Revenue Ops to govern pricing, rate cards, and margins while leading cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in pricing, yield management, revenue operations, or media monetization in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record owning pricing and yield strategies across multi-format media inventories.
• Deep expertise in hybrid monetization models including reserved, programmatic, and custom solutions.
• Strong background in retail media, ad tech, digital publishing, or related ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen including forecasting and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve enterprise pricing and yield strategy across all media offerings, including reserved, programmatic, and custom solutions.
• Design and implement monetization frameworks (upfronts, dynamic pricing, demand-based yield models) to maximize revenue.
• Establish pricing governance, rate cards, discount policies, approval thresholds, and margin guardrails.
• Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Product, Revenue Ops) to assess pricing performance, elasticity, and market competitiveness.
• Own yield management strategy, optimizing inventory utilization, sell-through, and revenue across channels.
• Forecast supply and demand to inform pricing, allocation, and inventory risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop scalable packaging and deal strategies; advise on complex or non-standard opportunities.
• Oversee CPQ/OMS pricing logic and workflows, driving efficiency and data integrity.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on pricing, yield, and inventory.
