Job summary

Starcom Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Associate, Planning to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to build and execute multi-channel media campaigns. The role focuses on innovative strategies aligned with client objectives and actionable insights for optimization.

The Senior Associate works with Associates and Supervisors to manage plan development, in-market optimizations, and cross-team communication, ensuring successful delivery and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights.
• 1–2+ years of media planning experience across media channels.
• Digital media planning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with media systems such as Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, and ComScore.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day strategies to meet client objectives.
• Research and write media POVs.
• Present media plans and maintain plans with objectives and updates.
• Prepare flowcharts and budgets for media plans.
• Assist with optimizing and analyzing marketing activities.
• Report on key metrics and extract optimization insights.
• Share data and insights across internal teams to inform strategy.
• Foster strong relationships with client groups and internal teams.
• Take on additional projects as needed.
